Jason, wow...good job and good time....BUT, make sure you don't go so fast that you miss the sights and sounds of the land that you are traveling through.....Can you post the route you are taking so we can put a map up of your progress and see what places you are going through...we are trying to live vicariously through you....lol.... love, uncle Tom
I was thinking you should put a "Donate Button" on your blog. Then we could buy you a Starbucks or lunch along the way. Let me know if you want me to set this up for you.
Thanks for all the support! Melissa - I've been staying in motels lately but I plan on camping most of the time. Uncle Tom - I'm just now realizing that I need to spend less time worrying about the miles I'm putting in and more about taking time to enjoy the experience.
I just started following your ride. How wonderful for you that you will have this memory! As a "retired" rider, I know how you are feeling. Enjoy this experience to the fullest. Even the uphill pulls that never seem to end, and coast with the wind in your hair on all those downhill glides! Thanks for sharing your journey! It is like a metaphor for all of life!

Great job starting off! Usually it is the first step that is the hardest. Where are you staying at night- hotels, camping??
